How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. We offer 30 days of Buyer protection from the time you make a payment for your purchase

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within 30 days since the day you make a purchase.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours immediately after you place your order online. You can put request on our contact us form..

If your request for cancellation is after 24 hours you placed your order, you have to pay 20% restocking fee.

Please note: you cannot cancel your order if we have processed your order.

Can I have my item exchanged if I don’t like it.

Yes, you can have your item exchanged if you don’t like it after your receive it, however, you have to meet the following conditions:

1. The item hasn’t been used at all, for example, the package is not opened (intact).

2. You are willing to pay for the returning postage and new shipping fee.

3. You are willing to pay the gap between the items exchanged.

Can I get full refund for faulty item/s?

Yes, you can have full refund or exchange the item, providing that the item is never been used but faulty, or we ship the wrong item to you, you can request to have exchange or have full refund.
